Green beans with vegetables recipe
Ingredients for 4 servings
400-500 gr. green beans
3 onion heads
4 carrots
1 zucchini
1 tomato
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons cold-pressed olive oil
4 pinches of sea salt
2-3 pinches of turmeric (optional)
200-300 ml. of water
Preparing
*Wash and clean the beans.
*Peel the onions and cut them into cubes or crescents.
*Wash and clean the carrots and zucchini. Cut them into ellipsis, and then like sticks.
*Wash and clean the tomato and cut it into cubes or grate it.
*Put 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil into a heated pot on low heat.
*First put the chopped onions in a pot, than add the carrot sticks, after that add the chopped tomato, and at the end put the chopped beans.
*Add 200-300 ml. water and cook for 15 minutes.
*After 15 minutes, add the chopped or grated zucchini and chopped onion cubes, 4 pinches of sea salt, 2-3 pinches of turmeric and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
*Turn off the fire and leave the food in the pot for 10 minutes. Then lift the lid on the pot and mix the ingredients to get a balanced meal.
